Unexpected kindness at every turn

Staying at Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa was a delightful experience. The hotel's location in the vibrant Nisantasi neighborhood put us close to high-end shops and charming cafes. I was particularly impressed by the kindness of the staff, who went out of their way to suggest local restaurants. One evening, after a long day of exploring, they surprised us with a complimentary Turkish breakfast spread, which we really appreciated. Additionally, after indulging in the relaxing spa services, we enjoyed afternoon tea that was a lovely touch!

Staying at Concept Nisantasi Hotels & Spa met some expectations but left room for improvement. The staff impressed me with their responsiveness. They arranged reliable taxis when I faced issues with a driver I booked. The breakfast quality shone, but I wish there were more options instead of just one Turkish style dish. The hotel's location is convenient, a short walk to popular shopping areas in Nisantasi. However, the room cleanliness needs attention. I noticed some overlooked corners during my stay. The bathroom might require a bit of TLC as well. The shower was not as spacious as I would have preferred, given the overall quality of the room. As for the room amenities, they could use modernization. it felt like some items belonged to another era. While the hotel radiates a pleasant atmosphere, I didn’t feel it matched the luxury vibe I anticipated. Overall, it holds great potential with a few adjustments needed to enhance the experience.

However, the location is misleadingly described as being convenient, yet it requires a steep uphill walk that can be exhausting. The jacuzzi access in the spa is a hefty extra charge of €100 per hour, steering you away from enjoying those facilities without a major financial hit. Additionally, breakfast options are extremely limited, leaving almost no variety apart from boiled eggs. The lack of basic amenities like complimentary water in the room and thin pillows detract from what could be a comfortable stay.

Great little hotel with an exceptional team! The staff went above and beyond, especially Serhat and Burak, who delivered attentive service during breakfast! The location is simply perfect, with exclusive boutiques, a modern shopping center, and charming cafes just 400 meters away. I felt safe exploring the area at night, which is always a plus for a solo female traveler.

My stay was fantastic, especially being able to walk to the charming Ihlamur Pavilion and enjoy a few moments in Macka Park, which is less than a 15-minute stroll from the hotel. the accommodations were comfortable and modern, making it a great spot for a weekend getaway. as a single traveler, I loved the spaciousness of my room, but I did find the internet connection a bit spotty during my stay.

Breakfast was tasty and the room was clean, but hard to reach up the hill.

It was just a fine choice for a little getaway in Istanbul, with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were very helpful in arranging transportation when I had trouble finding a taxi late at night. Make sure to confirm your room type upon arrival to avoid any issues.

I really enjoyed my stay with a friend. the rooms were spotless and had such a pleasant smell that made it feel cozy. I loved relaxing at the spa, especially with the steam room and full body massage options they offered. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 😊
